(The) Charles Fort Wayne (The Shiloh) is the most inclusive venue in Fort Wayne for banquets, weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, dances, brunches, seminars, fundraisers, company parties and many other social occasions since 1970.
Hosting special events in our comfortable, spacious and affordable accommodations, we can provide space for up to 450 guests in the West Hall and 325 in the East Hall. Each wing has a completely different personality; lending themselves to capturing a special vision with most themed events. Paved parking, nearly four acres of landscaped yard, and a beautifully-landscaped outdoor wedding garden provides endless opportunities for almost any occasion.
Our East Hall, currently being remodeled (2017) features aged-brick walls, glazed concrete and natural hardwood flooring, private courtyard and a Bridal Suite in a versatile ‘Industrial Chic’ look that lends itself well to European, Industrial, Shabby Chic or Modern Contemporary Decor. The East Hall also has a private Courtyard for those romantic evening events.
Our West Hall features it’s own Bridal Suite, just in time for the 2017 Wedding Season!

Outdoor events are hosted in our new, romantic gazebo by the lake. Inside or out, The Shiloh has the right venue for your unforgettable event.

Facility rental is for a four-and-a-half-hour duration and includes table and chair setup, tear-down and complete janitorial services. We offer real linens, china, glassware, silverware and centerpiece decor, all personalized to your taste by our skilled decor stylists.
The reservation deposit amount is (Non-Refundable) $1,000. Minimum purchase for Saturday events held between April 1st and December 31st is $2,000 in food cost.

Annalynn Garden is a unique and natural outdoor landscape consisting of several water features, botanical and other natural amenities. The garden is truly a ‘work in progress’ as we commit to add plants and features regularly to enhance its appeal.
We built the garden with special weddings and cocktail parties in mind! The stamped concrete patio will accommodate up to 185 chairs while even more can be seated in the lawn. If the weather becomes an issue, we can often move the entire event indoors with little to no interruption or inconvenience to the scheduled event.
Annalynn Garden is separate from The Shiloh; it is not included in the rental of the facility and is available with a separate reservation only.
